Mawuli:
Idea: Colder water fountains.
Proposal: Have water as a refreshment instead of going to the store and wasting money. According to statistics 54.5% of the students in the study had urine concentrations that qualified them as below their minimum daily water intake. This is bad because researchers say, because inadequate hydration can have significant effects on children's physical and mental health. Also 75% of people don't drink enough water.  If water was free and good it will allow people to want to drink it more.

Axel:
Idea: Enhance WiFi hotspots all over NYC.
Proposal: At the moment there are only 3,087 hotspots in NYC open for the public. Not only is this way to little for a city with over 8.406 million residents, but also 2,076 of those don't work properly . And if I win the money with that money I will enhance the program of those other 2,076 hotspots to work just like the others and I will do this by paying to upgrade to the AT&T wifi network that works everywhere.

Aniyah:
Idea: Homeless Inn.
Proposal: My idea is to build an homeless inn because six out of ten people are homeless in East Harlem. The homeless inn will help people who are struggling by providing a warm place to sleep for the night also it will help by providing help finding a job so they can start providing for their selves. In east Harlem their are sixty three homeless shelters and 200 buildings in east Harlem. I feel there should be more homeless shelters.

Jaylin:
Idea: To have a daycare for disabled, deaf, and special kids.
Proposal: So that parents wouldn't have to worry about if your kids having trouble around people. I think this proposal would be a good idea because out of everyone in New York City there's a 16.6 percentage of kids disabled. My proposal would be a capital expense project.
